After 25 years in one location Culinary Institute of America trained Chef-owner Tom Pickett continues to love preparing food and serving people. His love for cultivating sourdough breads, personally crafting charcuterie and creating recipes with Hawaii's tropical fruits and vegetables is only matched by his enthusiasm as a host.
With a wide variety of toppings to choose from, as well as vegetarian and gluten-free options, you really can’t go wrong. And don’t miss the opportunity to try one of our specialty pies. The Island Stylin’, a traditional ham and pineapple pizza, is always popular, but adventurous palates should try the local favorite, the Billie Holliday – smoked ono (wahoo), spinach, roasted onions, gorgonzola rosemary sauce, and mozzarella.
